2nd DYNAMO Workshop

Title: Dynamic Communication Networks

Abstract:

The seminar focusses on the foundations and algorithms for dynamic networks, with applications to networks of decentralized interacting and evolving entities, experiencing possibly brutal modifications of their environments. Such networks include (but are not limited to) ad hoc networks and sensors networks, as well as of societal-driven emerging information technologies, like the World Wide Web and peer-to-peer networks, and various aspects of social networks. The objective of the seminar is to facilitate the integration of state-of-the-art scientific knowledge from the fields of Algorithms, Discrete Mathematics, and Distributed Computing, relevant to dynamic communication networks.
